As you mentioned in the last webinar, I would like to share with you something that frustrates me a little bit regarding clients in our Digital Marketing Agency www.brightmarketing.mx
We are an Inbound Marketing Agency, RD Station partner, and in contract it is always establish the scope of project with our clients, and it is frequently that they expect to receive more contents or designs (depending the strategy) and take for granted that it will be with no extra cost. Hard to explain them even when we pop up the contract.
A second situation is, as in Inbound Marketing our primary goal in a strategy is to deliver qualified leads. It’s pretty common that if leads aren’t converted to clients (by brands sales team), complains came as if 100% of the responsability were in our side. Hard to sensitize our clients the importance to give a punctual FUP to leads and to give us back the feedback of what is happening when they establish contact to hot leads.
